For the past few weeks I've been slowly clawing my way back up the ranks at
Humor-Blogs.com. A few days ago I hit #3. Then I upgraded the site and everything went to shit for a while, but I still hung in there at #3.
Then I noticed that the top-ranked blog,
Papercages, was giving me a 404 (page not found) error. That's weird, I thought. Why would the top-ranked blog just up and disappear?
And now
this happened to the #2 ranked blog. I mean, WTF? This can't really have happened, right? But if it's not for real, then this is the most tasteless publicity stunt in the history of humankind.
Frankly, I liked being #3. It helps forestall suspicion that I'm cheating. #2 would have been okay. But not number one. And not, for the love of all that's holy, like
this.
Can somebody give me some independent verification here? Is TNO really dead?
Sorry for the facetious post title, but holy crap, I don't know what to think.
